BIG UPDATE!!

We're back up and running at our pawmanent home at the amazing & dog friendly Altrincham market (WA14 1SA) Our opening hours are Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays 8am-3pm.

In addition to being back at Altrincham we're absolutely delighted to announce our first ever "bricks and mortar" store in Sale town centre!! You'll find a huge selection of treats, outfits, collars, harnesses & leads and so much more, as well as daily food. We have exciting products from new friends of B&V and our own "in house" creations and as always everything we do is with our minds on the environment, we carefuly select all products that reflect this. We've got a two walls full of the latest collars, leads and harnesses, a massive "doggo deli" freshly stocked daily and so much more!!

Come down and see us 10am-5:30pm weekdays (apart from Tuesdays) 9:30am-5.30pm Saturdays & 10am-4pm Sundays.

Dogs are of course welcome...the more the merrier and there's free parking (up to 1 hour in the Square shopping centre car park). Our post code is M33 7ZX.....any problems just send us a message and we'll help!!

ONLINE

We're now offering FREE local & national deliveries (1-3 days) on all orders of £25 & over, orders under £25 will be charged a flat shipping rate of £3.75. We'll also try, where possible to have any orders made by 10pm posted out the next day. As you may know we have quite the inventory, so were adding new items daily and if there's something you've had your eye on and can't find it, or wondering if we can help in any way, then please drop me a line -

We're closely following government advice when it comes to running events etc and as soon as the time is right we'll be back with meet ups and charity events, so watch this space!!

Deliveries & Returns

UK Standard Delivery (Includes Isle of Man) is FREE for orders over £25.00. Orders below £25.00 will be a flat rate of £3.75.

We can ship Internationaly but there will be a postage charge added for none UK orders.
COLLECTION
We offer a collection service from our Permanent stall at Altrincham Market & our store in Sale town centre (m33 7zx) feel free to drop us a message at check out or before.
RETURNS
Our aim is for all our visitors to be completely happy with their "pawchases" at B&V, but if you wish to return your item please follow the steps below.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Drop us a line- rob@bandvtrading.com to let us know you wish to return the item. State the reason for your return in your email along with your order number.

(treats & food are none returnable)

We'll send you details of where to make your return to etc..
We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
