To say thanks for ordering with us, all orders over £10 are free P&P. Most orders are delivered first class by Royal mail but from time to time we will use DPD or if your within 5-10 miles of Manchester we'll drop it off personally.

We offer a collection service from our Permanent stall at Altrincham Market & our stores in Sale town centre (m33 7zx) and Knutsford (wa16 6dl) feel free to drop us a message at the checkout point.

RETURNS
Our aim is for all our visitors to be completely happy with their "pawchases" at B&V, but if you wish to return your item please follow the steps below.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Drop us a line- rob@bandvtrading.com to let us know you wish to return the item. State the reason for your return in your email along with your order number.

(treats & food are none returnable)

We'll send you details of where to make your return to etc..
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, and we'll be as quick as possible to solve any issues.
