Returns Policy
We want you (and your four-legged family) to be completely happy with your “pawchases” at B&V Trading 🐾
If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, simply email us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
We’ll then send you full details of where to return your item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items should be returned with any original packaging where possible
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Dog treats and food
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll put it right quickly.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
